You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Go Send Am provides a platform connecting users who need delivery services with independent riders or logistics companies.

We do not guarantee the availability of riders or the timely delivery of items, although we strive to provide the best possible service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items during transit beyond our stated liability policies.

You agree not to use the Service to transport any prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Hazardous materials, explosives, or firearms
• Perishable items without proper packaging (unless specified)
• Currency, precious metals, or high-value jewelry
• Any items prohibited by local or international laws

Fees for delivery services are calculated based on distance, weight, and other factors. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service.

Payments are processed directly between you and the logistics provider. When you select a payment method (e.g., bank transfer or POS), we will provide the necessary details for the logistics company. Enterprises may also integrate their own payment gateways (like Paystack), and in such cases, you will be subject to their terms. Go Send Am only provides the integration and does not handle your payment. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Go Send Am Ltd. and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Go Send Am Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
